Spider-Man: Brand New Day's Runtime Without Credits Revealed As Post-Credits Scene Speculation Swirls

Spider-Man: Brand New Day has been reported to be 2 hours and 24 minutes long, but a reliable source, @Cryptic4KQual, says that without the credits, the movie will be 2 hours and 15 minutes.

There's some uncertainty about whether the mid- and post-credits scenes will be part of those 9 minutes of credits at the end.

It’s probably likely, but no one is sure yet.Either way, this isn’t a short movie. After a few years of MCU movies that tried to keep things under 2 hours, this is likely going to make most fans really happy.

Spider-Man: No Way Home is still the longest in the franchise at 2 hours and 28 minutes, followed closely by The Amazing Spider-Man 2 at 2 hours and 22 minutes.

As the release date of Spider-Man: Brand New Day gets closer, there are a lot of false stories and rumors floating around on social media.

Today alone, there were claims that Jean and Sara Grey will be the movie’s villains, along with some vague posts about a “controversial” ending.

No one seems to know what the post-credits scenes will show.

From what we're told, Sony Pictures and Marvel Studios haven’t shown the full movie to the press yet.Journalists saw a short preview before interviewing Tom Holland, Zendaya, and Jacob Batalon on a tour that started earlier than expected.

There’s a lot of speculation about what the post-credits scenes will include.

Some think it might be a tease for Avengers: Doomsday, shot by the Russo Brothers, or even a trailer for Spider-Man: Beyond the Spider-Verse.

The future of Spider-Man in the MCU still hasn’t been confirmed.

We don’t know if Tom Holland’s Peter Parker will come back for a fifth solo movie or what his role might be in Avengers: Doomsday and Avengers: Secret Wars.

In Spider-Man: Brand New Day, it’s a brand new day for Peter Parker.

He's fighting crime full-time as Spider-Man in a world that no longer remembers him, and the pressure of seeing his old friends move on without him causes a change in him that he might not be able to control.

This change could be the only thing that stops a shocking new threat to the city and those he cares about— a powerful villain that no one can even see.

The world may have forgotten Peter Parker, but he hasn’t forgotten them.

The movie stars Tom Holland, Zendaya, Sadie, Jacob Batalon, Jon Bernthal, Tramell Tillman, Michael Mando, and Mark Ruffalo.

It’s directed by Destin Daniel Cretton and written by Chris McKenna and Erik Sommers.

The film is produced by Kevin Feige, Amy Pascal, Avi Arad, and Rachel O'Connor. The executive producers are Louis D’Esposito and David Cain.

Spider-Man: Brand New Day is set to hit theaters on July 31.
