Spider-Man: Brand New Day fans might soon have another reason to go see the movie again.Sony Pictures is planning a new theater showing that will include some new scenes that weren't in the original version, which came out on July 31.The Hollywood Reporter says this new version will have unseen footage, including a scene with Rosario Dawson that wasn't in the original.A specific date for this new showing hasn't been announced yet, but it's expected to include more footage that wasn't shown before.

Tom Holland, Zendaya, Sadie Sink, and Jon Bernthal are in this movie, which was directed by Destin Daniel Cretton.

It's the highest-grossing movie in the US with over $950 million.Globally, it's the third highest-grossing movie with more than $2.49 billion.The movie is still doing well at the box office, making $4.1 million in the US last weekend.

This update comes after the rerelease of Avengers: Endgame, which was the biggest movie at the box office recently.

The movie made $26 million in just one weekend, beating out new releases.That rerelease was meant to build up interest in the upcoming Avengers: Doomsday, which is coming out on December 18.

Earlier in July, Rosario Dawson said she had filmed a scene for Brand New Day as Claire Temple, a character she played in several Marvel shows like Daredevil and Jessica Jones.

But that scene wasn't included in the original movie.She said she really likes being part of that universe and hopes to play Claire again one day.
