Dutton Ranch is just beginning.
The Yellowstone spinoff series, starring Kelly Reilly and Cole Hauser, has been renewed for a second season by Paramount+.
This news comes as the show is about to end its first season, with the final episode set to air on July 3.
The renewal was expected, especially since fans are excited to see Reilly and Hauser continue their roles as Beth Dutton and Rip Wheeler, two of the most popular characters from Yellowstone.
The series was a huge success right from the start. It had the most viewers ever for a new show on Paramount+ with 12.9 million people watching worldwide in the first week.

When talking to The Hollywood Reporter about the future of the series, Reilly and Hauser mentioned they already had ideas for season two.
“We have some ideas about season two, with where we left season one.We can't talk about the ending, but we're super excited about where it goes and so we already know sort of where the beginning is and that's exciting,” said Reilly.Hauser added about the show's future, “If the audience continues to speak the way they have about the show for the last 10 years or so, then I would love to continue to entertain them.”
