Where Does 'One Battle' Rank Among All Oscar Best Picture Winners on IMDb?

After a busy and competitive awards season filled with campaigning, predictions, and shifts in opinion due to real and made-up controversies, the Oscars are over.
Even though there was a late push for Sinners and some analysis about how ranked choice voting could help Hamnet win, the early favorite still won the top prize.

In the end, One Battle After Another won six Oscars, including Best Picture, Supporting Actor (Sean Penn), Director (Paul Thomas Anderson), Adapted Screenplay, Editing, and the first-ever Best Casting award.

Looking at things from a bigger picture, we wanted to check how this film compares to previous Best Picture winners.
First, let's check the current ratings of this year's nominees. Right now, One Battle has an IMDb user rating of 7.7 out of 10, which is a good score for any movie. Among this year's nominees, it's in fourth place, behind Hamnet, Marty Supreme, and Sentimental Value.

When looking at all 99 Best Picture winners in Oscar history, One Battle After Another is in a similar position in the rankings.

*In 1929, there were two Best Picture categories, which is why there have been 98 years of Oscars but 99 winners.
William A. Wellman's Wings won Best Picture — Commercial, while F.W. Murnau's Sunrise won Best Picture — Artistic.

The 10 highest-rated Best Picture winners on IMDb include classic films like The Godfather movies, Casablanca, and modern hits like The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King and The Departed.
