‘Peaky Blinders’ Movie Trailer: Cillian Murphy Brings Back Tommy Shelby in First Guns-Blazing Footage From ‘The Immortal Man’

Four years after saying goodbye to the Shelby family, Birmingham's most infamous crime group is back in a big way with the new Netflix trailer for "Peaky Blinders: The Immortal Man." This movie is part of the popular crime series and will be shown in some theaters on March 6 and available on Netflix starting March 20.

Cillian Murphy is coming back to play Tommy Shelby, the main character in the Peaky Blinders world.

He said in June 2024, "It seems like Tommy Shelby wasn't done with me... It's very satisfying to work again with Steven Knight and Tom Harper on the film version of Peaky Blinders. This is one for the fans."

Alongside Murphy, Sophie Rundle returns as Tommy's sister Ada Thorne.

Stephen Graham and Ned Dennehy also come back as Hayden Stagg and Charlie Strong, two of the Shelby family's allies. New actors joining the cast are Rebecca Ferguson, Barry Keoghan, Tim Roth, and Jay Lycurgo.

Tom Harper, who directed several episodes of the series, is now directing the movie.

The original Peaky Blinders series first aired on the BBC in 2013, and Netflix got the U.S. rights. The show ended in 2022 after six seasons. The series was created by British writer Steven Knight.
