Felicity Jones To Star In A New Prime Video Formula 1 Racing Series

F1 has seen a huge increase in fans in recent years thanks to documentary series that introduced the sport to new people around the world. Its influence is now being seen in Hollywood, with Brad Pitt set to star in a film called F1 and now Felicity Jones joining the F1 family with her own new series. 

Variety reports that Felicity Jones will star in and produce a new F1-inspired TV series, One for Amazon MGM Prime Video. As you might expect, the series is about F1 and Jones stars as the matriarch of a family racing team who must deal with all the drama that comes with the role. 

Jones is currently starring in Brutalist, one of the most acclaimed films of the year. She has also recently appeared in films such as Deadshot, The Last Letter from a Lover, and The Midnight Sky. She has upcoming films such as Train Dreams and Oh. "What" in front of me. "Fun" and "One Hundred Nights of Heroes."

"One" is still in the early stages of development; it's unclear if Prime Video will pick it up as a series. But with Jones on the team, and the popularity of F1, you can imagine this being an appealing project.
