The nominees for the 2025 Costume Designers Guild Awards have been announced.
In the contemporary film category, the nominees are Challengers, Conclave, Emilia Pérez, The Fall Guy, and The Substance.
In the historical film category, the nominees are The Book of Clarence, Gladiator II, Maria, Nosferatu, and Saturday Night.
In the science fiction/fantasy film category, the nominees are Beetlejuice, Borderlands, Dune Part II, Furiosa: Mad Max: Fury Road, and Wicked.

Linkin Park closes out 2024 Billboard Music Awards with a glittering duet
The TV category is split into modern, historical and sci-fi/fantasy categories, with notable series nominated including Agatha All Along, Baby Reindeer, Emily Goes to Paris, The Gentlemen, Hux, Bridgerton, Feud, Palm Royale, The Talented Mr. Ripley, Shogun, Dune 2, Fallout, House of the Dragon, The Lord of the Rings, The Masked Singer and Saturday Night Live. Agatha All Along and Shogun each received three nominations. Agatha All Along was nominated for Outstanding Achievement in Contemporary Television, Science Fiction/Fantasy Television and Costume Illustration. And Shogun was nominated twice in the Costume Illustration category in addition to being nominated for Excellence in Period Drama Television, with The Masked Singer receiving its second nomination and Joker: Folie Deux receiving its only nomination from the guild.
Winners will be announced at the 27th Annual Costume Designers Guild Awards on February 6, 2025 at the Ebelle in Los Angeles. The full list of this year's nominees is below:
