New Children’s and Family Film Category Among Changes for Upcoming BAFTA 2025 Film Awards

The English Foundation has uncovered the most recent yearly changes and changes to its principles for the 2025 BAFTA Film Grants.

A new award for family and children's films, an expansion of the requirements for best film in theaters, and a new points system for the outstanding British film category are among the additions.

Recently introduced at the BAFTA Kids' Honors, the kids' and family film grant covers "movies of any sort with a particular between generational enticement for kids, youngsters and grown-ups."
