Patrick Stewart Says Placing Charles Xavier in 'Deadpool 3' Has 'Come Up… There's Been a Cycle'; By Zack Sharf Plus Icon professor x Marvel/Disney+ Powered by Trinity Audio Popular on Variety Patrick Stewart has died many times on screen as Professor X/Charles Xavier, the beloved "X-Men" character he first started playing in 2000. However, the ongoing multiverse of the Marvel Cinematic Universe means that there is always room for him to return. Stewart last sprung up as the person in 2022's "PCP Odd in the Multiverse of Franticness," and he affirmed during another meeting on the "Cheerful Miserable Confounded" digital broadcast that discussions about restoring Teacher X once more in "Deadpool 3" have "come up."
"Deadpool 3" is joining Ryan Reynold's eponymous superhuman with Hugh Jackman's Wolverine, a legend whose film presence throughout recent many years and counting has been significantly entwined with Stewart's Teacher X. The two last shared the screen in "Logan," which highlighted both of their demises. With Wolverine back for "Deadpool 3," it remains justifiably that Teacher X could likewise spring up.
I have each certainty he's still near," Stewart joked about Teacher X following the person's passing in "Multiverse of Frenzy."
When "Cheerful Miserable Confounded" have Josh Horowitz raised how Jackman must've called Stewart about "Deadpool 3" given their set of experiences together, Stewart let out a major grin.
"I will figure that I could see Patrick Stewart in a Deadpool-Wolverine film," the host said.
It has come up, there's been a cycle," Stewart uncovered. " However, the last a few years have been so troublesome with the work issues and the medical conditions, Coronavirus, you know… "
Stewart didn't by and large affirm a "Deadpool 3" appearance nor did he depict what talks precisely occurred, yet apparently he basically examined a potential return as Teacher X sooner or later during the improvement of the following "Deadpool" spin-off.
Should Stewart spring up in "Deadpool 3," it will be second appearance in the Wonder Artistic Universe as Teacher X following "Multiverse of Frenzy." Stewart filmed his role as Professor X in the movie alone and without the help of any other actors because of COVID safety protocols and probably also to avoid spoilers. He hated the interaction.
"I was distant from everyone else," Stewart said. " In the enormous scene, every last one of the main entertainers had the equivalent [solo] experience; they were shot all alone. It was baffling and frustrating, yet things have been like that. The most recent couple of years have been testing."
