Marvel’s ‘X-Men’ Reboot Gets the ‘Beef’ and ‘Thunderbolts’ Gang Back Together With New Writers

Marvel's upcoming "X-Men" movie is getting a script rewrite, and it will bring back the creators of "Beef." Director Jake Schreier shared that Lee Sung Jin, the writer and creator of "Beef," has been brought on board along with writer Joanna Calo to work on a new version of the script.

Schreier has previously worked with Calo on "Thunderbolts," which she wrote and he directed.
He was announced as the director for the MCU's "X-Men" film last summer after the success of that project. Schreier dropped the news about the rewrite during a Monday interview with Collider, which was part of his support for the latest season of "Beef."

He said, "We're still developing," when talking about the current state of his next Marvel movie.
