Enola Holmes 3’ First Look Drops as Netflix Touts 2026 Film Slate: ‘Heartstopper’ Finale, ‘Peaky Blinders,’ Tyler Perry and More

Here are the 2026 Netflix movies coming soon, starting with Millie Bobby Brown’s first project after her role in *Stranger Things*.

Netflix has announced the release dates for several new films, including new Tyler Perry movies, a new collaboration between Matt Damon and Ben Affleck through their production company Artists Equity, and more films across different genres.

Millie Bobby Brown is returning with the third movie in the *Enola Holmes* series, based on a book about Sherlock Holmes’s younger sister.
This time, she goes to Malta with Louis Partridge, who played in *House of Guinness*. The story shows how her character’s personal and professional dreams come together in a case that’s even more complex and dangerous than before. This movie comes out this summer, and the supporting cast includes Henry Cavill, Helena Bonham Carter, Himesh Patel, and Sharon Duncan-Brewster.

More information has been shared about the final movie in the *Heartstopper* series, a romance that became popular with audiences worldwide.
This film focuses on the characters Joe Locke and Kit Connor, who are dealing with the end of high school and the start of more complicated adult relationships, like long-distance love.

The official description says, "Nick and Charlie are best friends, but with Nick about to go to college and Charlie becoming more independent at school, the reality of a long-distance relationship starts to trouble them.
Doubts grow, and their relationship faces its biggest challenge yet. Meanwhile, their friends are also dealing with love and friendship, facing the bittersweet struggles of growing up and moving on. Can first loves really last forever?" The film is set for release sometime this year.

Tyler Perry has two new movies coming up this year.
One is *Joe’s College Road Trip*, which follows Madea’s family and is set for February 13. Later this year, he’ll also release a sequel to *Why Did I Get Married?* and *The Gospel of Christmas*.

Fans of *Peaky Blinders* will be excited to know that the series’ movie, *The Immortal Man*, will be in theaters on March 6 and will be on Netflix on March 20.
Cillian Murphy returns for the film, where he plays Tommy Shelby, who is forced to return from self-imposed exile during World War II. The story describes, "As the chaos of WWII unfolds, Tommy Shelby is driven back to face his most destructive reckoning. With the future of his family and the country at stake, Tommy must confront his own demons and decide whether to face his legacy or destroy it forever."

Other upcoming films include *Swapped*, a new animated movie from Skydance, featuring Tracy Morgan, Cedric the Entertainer, Michael B. Jordan, and Juno Temple in the voice cast; *War Machine*, starring Alan Ritchson and Dennis Quaid, released on March 6; and *Remarkably Bright Creatures*, where Sally Field makes her Netflix debut as a woman who forms an unexpected friendship with an octopus, set for release on May 8.
