Will Smith Teases ‘Really Cool’ Idea for ‘Hancock 2’ and Says ‘Zendaya Is Being Approached For a Role’

Seventeen years after taking the lead role in Hancock, Will Smith bullies details about possible follow-ups of the superhero movie. 

When the Oscar winner appeared on XQC's Twitch Live Stream, he provided more information about the project. 

"The idea for Hancock 2 is really cool and really cool," Hancock said during the stream. We didn't talk about it, so I'll give you a little. Zendaya aims to play the role of "Hancock 2." address 

Hancock was released in 2008 and showed Smith Smith as the Annes alcoholic superhero who has to fight against the damage he brings while saving his life in Los Angeles. After saving the lives of the couple (Jason Bateman and Charlize Theron), they work with him to improve his public image and remember his past. The Sony film was performed by Mark Wahlberg and Peter Berg, who led Deepwater Horizon and Patriot Day, and was written by Vi Vincent NGO and Breaking Bad Creator Vince Gilligan. Hancock consolidates over US$600 million worldwide with a production budget of $150 million. 

Sony did not comment on its continuity plan. 

This is not the first time speculation has been created about an episode of Hancock. Berg MTV News announced in 2009 that everyone will be back in the sequel. In 2020, Theron Comic Book said that the talks have been closed for years since the film was published, but that it has realized that it will do it with Heartbeat if it has the opportunity. Smith recently won King Richard's Oscar Award at the Oscar ceremony. Chris Rock also defeated the Oscars, and Zendaya won two Emmys for the HBO show's happiness. Production of the season began earlier this year.
