‘John Wick’ Sequel Series in the Works at Lionsgate Television

Lionsgate Television is working on a new sequel series that will continue to expand the "John Wick" universe.

The undertaking is titled "John Wick: Under the High Table," would get following the occasions of "John Wick: 4th Chapter." The idea is currently being considered by the studio without any connection to a streaming service or network.


According to the longline, "John Wick has left the world of the High Table in a tenuous position" and "a collection of new characters will look to make a name for themselves while some of the franchise stalwart characters remain committed to the old-world order." Robert Levine, known for his work on "The Old Man" and "Black Sails," has also joined Lionsgate. He will write the show and run it.

WME, attorney Tara Kole, and Mortimer PR represent Stahelski. Deadline was the first publication to report on the sequel series.
