History of BET Awards
The BET Awards is the brainchild of Black Entertainment Television (BET). BET Awards to recognize the sports, acting, music and other forms of entertainment. The BET network broadcasts the awards ceremony every year.
Since the awards were established in 2001. Since 2006, the awards ceremony has been hosted at the Los Angeles Shrine Auditorium in California but this 2013 the ceremony will be held at the Nokia Theatre of L.A. Live.
